I love this swing and so did my daughter. She is now too heavy for it, but she enjoyed it. Simply and cute. Nice music. The only thing that I didnt like is that the stars didnt twirl around as much as i thought they wre going to. Other than that wondeful and not too over priced.

If I had to do it over again, I would have picked a portable swing because this one is big and takes up a lot of space. We picked this swing because we have a Hey Diddle Diddle theme in our son's room. It took a minor engineering degree to assemble (luckily I'm better at that than my husband) but it looks so cute. There are a few problems with the swing. 1. The rotating star is NOISY! It kept waking up my newborn, and we bought the swing to help him sleep! We had to tape it down. 2. The dang toy bar catches easily and has broken several times. We're requesting a replacement, but its only 3 months old! 3. The straps are not made to fit any baby over 11 pounds, it seems. My baby outgrew them at 3 months, and he's not that big! Besides these drawbacks, he enjoys it, even though its given me fits.

I chose this swing primarily because the blue and white plaid matched the Pack 'N' Play I bought off of E-bay and the travel system I bought at Big Lots. My daughter is 2 months old and really likes this swing. She's just now beginning to notice and watch the mobile. I didn't give it 5 stars because the mobile is hard to move from one position to the next. Also, when the stars revolve around the moon it makes a cute clicking noise, which somehow soothes my daughter to sleep, but can become quite annoying to me after a while. I simply wrap a rubber band around one of the stars and one of the cows and that stops it from moving. The music is nice too and has two volume levels. It's a sturdy swing and is lightweight and easy to move. I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband & I purchased this swing a year ago for our son and we loved it, that is until the toy bar broke. That was the main reason we chose this swing and now we couldn't use it. I called Fisher-Price and they replaced the toy bar for us as we'd only had the swing a few months. We replaced the bar and were happy, until it happened again. My son is now 14 months old and has long outgrown this swing, however, I am currently on my 3rd toy bar. We are expecting our second child next spring and hope to have better luck with the toy bar. If not, I'm hoping Fisher-Price will still stand behind their product. The toy bar is the ONLY reason I did not give this swing 5 starts.

This swing is cheaply made and tedious to put together. The base is unstable and wobbles. Not exactly ideal for a baby.

I had my daughter in Jan. 2005. We purchased this swing for her. She loves it! She coos to the mobile while she swings to sleep. It's wonderful when you don't have time to rock your baby to sleep. It keeps them from crying too.F
